NOT KNOWN DETAILS ABOUT SPAM CALL

anyone video clip called me yesterday 8/6/24 from my son's gmail , I believed it absolutely was him then I answered, not a soul was there to answer, I hung up, then texted my son he said it was not him, will that be a way for scammers to get into my cellular phone and have my information???? what should I do?The most effective identity security pro
